Chris Virgil, BFA™

Chris serves as assistant vice president at Evolution Financial Advisors.  With a background in sociology and behavioral studies, Chris has spent the last 15 years working with independent financial professionals. In his recruiting role, Chris helps financial advisors find a truer sense of freedom, embrace a better work-life balance and grow their businesses. As a business and behavioral coach, Chris works with existing EFA financial professionals to create a more fulfilling practice, streamline operations, and enhance client experience.

Chris lives in Webster, New York, with his wife Monica, sons Emmett, Silas, and Archer and a chocolate Labrador named Denver. A former volunteer firefighter, he currently serves on Advisor Group’s National Operational Excellence Council and volunteers with Ducks Unlimited, a nonprofit dedicated to conserving habitats for waterfowl and other wildlife. An avid outdoorsman, he spends as much time as possible outdoors – hunting, fishing, skiing and camping with his family. In his remaining time, Chris enjoys cooking, gardening and reading.
